The digital age of cyber publishing and intellectual property, raises many questions about copyrighting. If you have never published anything in your life, you still hold copyrights. Copyright law in the United States is extremely generous toward the creators and owners of new works. Legal copyright protection is in effect immediately and automatically upon the creation of any “original work of authorship” that is “fixed in any tangible medium of expression.”

A potentially exempt transfer or PET for short is one of the best known of the devices that can be utilised in the United Kingdom to save inheritance tax. In simple terms, ordinarily, if an absolute gift of money or property is made to a beneficiary and the donor survives for a period of 7 years, the original gift becomes tax-free for IHT purposes.
There are, of course, exemptions to this rule. The most common of which not everyone is aware relates to the gift with reservation rules. For instance, if a mother gifts her daughter her 3 Carat diamond ring (worth £50,000.00) and continues to wear the same then the gift will not be treated as a PET even if she was to survive the original gift by 20 years.

What is identity theft?
Identity theft is when a person steals personal information, such as the name, address, birth date, Social Security number or mother’s maiden name from another person in order to commit fraud. The thief then uses this information to impersonate the victim and take over their financial identity.
With a relatively small amount of information criminal can taking over banking, insurance or investment accounts, open new bank accounts, purchase automobiles, apply for loans and credit cards, receive Social Security benefits, rent apartments, and even establish utility and phone company services, all under the stolen identity.

Tragedy was narrowly avoided. For days Mary lay where she had collapsed in the corner of her bedroom. If it wasn’t for an alert mail-carrier she would have died there as well.
But thankfully this story has a happier ending and in no small part due to a little piece of paper she carried with her in her purse.
Mary was 87 years old. She was single - never married and never had children.
Few people visited and she left her home rarely; just to attend church and to buy food.

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Luke tells us in chapter 7 that Jesus says He has never seen such great faith expressed as when a centurion sends some jewish leaders to Jesus because he needed a favoured servant healed. He said that Jesus would only have to speak the word and it must happen because of Jesus’s authority. Faith recognizes authority that is real and given from above.

Once a bride marries, she has many options available to her. She can be traditional and take the husbands surname; or simply add it into her name; or will she keep her maiden name? Although it may sound complex, it really isn’t. Here’s some examples of the name change options that the bride can decide upon once she’s married.
- The wife can decide to take her husband’s surname (e.g. Cristy Grace becomes Cristy Adam after she marries Jacob Adam). As far as, my knowledge the patents database is only domain set which is highly organized and easy to access either through free databases or commercial databases. But, the non-patent information such as journals, research publication and disclosures, thesis, etc. are scattered all over the web. There are few databases and vendors which have a good collection of this information and have tried to organize them in easy to access manner. But there are still big whit spaces for further improvements.
